Pancake Day Cocktails: Sweet Pancakes, Crisp Fizz
Pancake Day is basically the UK’s official excuse to eat something sweet for dinner — and if you’re flipping, you may as well be pouring too.
For Tuesday 17 February 2026, we’re keeping it simple: warm pancakes + chilled fizz.
Our award-winning gin-infused sparkling cocktails come ready to drink in 250ml cans quick to chill, easy to serve, and perfect for a “no-stress” Pancake Night.
Why pancakes + fizz works
Pancakes are warm, sweet, and rich. A sparkling cocktail is cold, crisp, and refreshing it cuts through the sugar and keeps everything feeling light.
- Citrus toppings → go fruity and sharp
- Berry/stone fruit → go bright and floral
- Chocolate/caramel → go juicy and crisp to lift the richness
3 pancake toppings + the perfect Gasm pairing
1) Lemon & sugar + SloeGasm
The classic. Big citrus, big vibes. Our SloeGasm is 13.5% ABV and blended with fresh sloeberry juice, gin and sparkling wine sharp, fruity, and properly refreshing with that lemon hit.
Serve: ice-cold, poured over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
2) Warm plum compote + PlumGasm
If you want “effortlessly fancy” without actually trying too hard, do a quick plum compote:
- plums (fresh or frozen)
- a squeeze of lemon or orange
- a spoon of sugar or honey
- optional pinch of cinnamon
Our plum drink is 12.5% ABV and is designed to be exceptionally refreshing when served cold ideal next to warm, jammy toppings.
Serve: straight from the fridge into a flute or coupe. Orange peel garnish = elite.
3) Chocolate spread + sea salt + SloeGasm (trust us)
Chocolate + salt is already the move. Add crisp, fruity fizz and it’s game over.
Build: chocolate spread, a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt, and optional strawberries or toasted nuts.
Serve: super cold, over ice.
Host a Pancake Night without chaos
Set up a “stack & pour” station:
- pancakes on a warm plate
- 2–3 bowls of toppings
- an ice bucket with cans
- glasses + ice
If you want to keep everyone happy, go for a Mixed Case of Cans (it covers the range at 12.5%–13.5% ABV).
