SHIPPING POLICY

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £120 qualify for free shipping within the UK mainland.
  • Express Delivery (1-3 days): £12.99 for orders under £100.
  • Order Dispatch: Orders placed before midday are aimed to be dispatched the same day, though this cannot be guaranteed. All orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Carriers: We use DHL and DPD for all orders for the bottles and orders over £100 on a next-day service. We use Yodel for the cans and can orders under £50

Non-Mainland UK Delivery

  • Isle of Wight: £23.00
  • Scottish Highlands: £23.00
  • Scottish Islands: £26.00
  • Northern Ireland: £31.00
  • Channel Islands: £30.00
  • Information: This is a flat fee for all deliveries to these areas no matter of size.
  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 5 working days for non-mainland UK locations.

International Orders

  • Export Requests: For orders to be shipped outside of the UK, please contact us at orders@gasmdrinks.co.uk for assistance.
  • Custom Arrangements: Specific shipping arrangements and costs will be provided upon request.

Packaging

  • Quality Assurance: We use high-quality packaging to minimize any issues during transit, ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition. 

Order Tracking

  • Shipment Tracking: All orders are fully tracked. You will receive email and SMS updates to track the progress of your delivery. 

Delivery Conditions

  • Age Verification: Deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over. We comply with legal age restrictions for alcohol sales.
  • Intoxication Policy: We will not deliver alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated.
  • Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

 UK Returns

  • Damaged Goods: We offer free replacement for any stock proven to be damaged in transit.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 4 days for a replacement arrangement.
  • Product Condition: For products proven to be out of condition upon arrival, we offer replacement stock of the same value.

Possible Delays

  • Warehouse Transfers and Pre-Orders: Some products may be subject to transfer delays or offered on a ‘pre-order’ basis.
  • Weekday Delivery: We currently only offer weekday delivery and do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays.
